My approach to health and wellbeing is a person centred model. I believe that optimal levels of health are individually defined and my aim to is help you find a level that’s achievable for you for the long term, while managing your individual commitments and challenges.

With my individualised approach to coaching and your own focus on making consistent improvements to your habits and practices in these areas, I am certain that together we can create and sustain an optimum state of health and wellbeing for you, whatever your goals may be.

Offering Private & Small Group Coaching, Health & Wellbeing Coaching, Breathwork & Cold Exposure in my purpose built, home based Studio Gym, I aim to cater to a diverse range of client needs. I am a specialist in Pelvic Floor Health and offer workshops and individualised plans.

I have a special interest in Strength Training for women throughout all phases in their lives; from Youth Athlete Development, Pregnancy & Post Partum, Rehabilitation, Peri & Post Menopause and everything in between. I look forward to hearing from you and welcome your enquiries.

PRIVATE COACHING

If you are seeking to gain strength, increase your speed and agility and improve your overall conditioning, I would love to hear from you.

I specialise in Strength Training for Women - from Youth Athlete Development to Peri & Post Menopause.

Targeted at young athletes aged 12-17 years who may have achieved or striving to achieve representative honours in their preferred sports. Young Athletes in this program will be guided through age, skill and sports appropriate strength and conditioning training in a structured, safe and fun environment.
