My approach to health and wellbeing is grounded in supporting women as individuals. I believe that health looks different for everyone, and my role is to help you discover what feels realistic and sustainable for your life, while respecting the commitments, challenges, and seasons you move through.
Before focusing on performance or strength goals, we start by looking at the foundations of your health: stress, recovery, breathing patterns and nervous system regulation. These factors influence everything from energy levels and resilience to how your body responds to training.
Through a personalised coaching approach, and your commitment to small, consistent shifts in habits and practices, we can build a foundation of health that supports you physically, mentally and emotionally. From there, strength training and movement become tools to help you feel more capable, resilient and confident in your body.

Training is always tailored to the individual, taking into account lifestyle demands, recovery capacity and personal goals.
I am trained and experienced in supporting women with pelvic health concerns, and in understanding how stress and trauma can influence the body physically and emotionally.
I’m passionate about working with women at every stage of life whether you’re a young athlete, navigating pregnancy or postpartum recovery, rebuilding after injury, or moving through peri menopause or menopause.
