My approach to health and wellbeing is grounded in supporting women as individuals. I believe that health looks different for everyone, and my role is to help you discover what feels realistic and sustainable for your life—while respecting the commitments, challenges, and seasons you move through.
Through a personalised coaching style and your commitment to small, consistent shifts in habits and practices, we can work together to create a foundation of health and wellbeing that truly supports you, whatever your goals may be.
In my purpose-built, home-based Studio Gym, I offer private and small group sessions, health and wellbeing coaching, breathwork, and cold exposure. I also specialise in pelvic floor health, providing both workshops and tailored programs.
I have a particular passion for working with women at every stage of life, whether you’re a young athlete, navigating pregnancy or post-partum recovery, rebuilding after injury, or stepping into peri- or post-menopause.
