Participants must bring a towel and swimwear/clothing suitable for cold water immersion

All participants will need to shower prior to attending and should limit makeup, perfumes, body creams etc

Participants should contact the organiser prior to purchasing ticket if any of the following applies to them;

Open wounds/Broken Skin or Recent surgery

Hypersensitivity to cold like Reynauds, cold urticaria

Cardiac Disease

Epilepsy

Are pregnant or breastfeeding

High blood pressure

Have anxiety or panic disorder

Any chronic conditions

You agree that you are participating voluntarily and at your own risk. You agree that the facilitator and Mind Body Republic holds not liability for injury or ill ness as a result of Cold Exposure.
